1. What types of photobooths do you offer?
At Spotlight Photobooth, we offer an array of options to elevate your event’s entertainment experience:
Roaming Photobooth: A booth attendant captures candid photos and videos of guests as they mingle. Photos are sent directly via text for instant access.
Traditional Photobooth: A stationary booth setup for guests to enjoy printed or digital photo strips.
Audio Guestbook: Ideal for weddings and milestone events, allowing guests to leave voice messages for the host.
Drop-Off Photobooth: Our flexible, self-service option—perfect for events requiring a hands-off setup.
Bubble Booth: An interactive dome filled with balloons and a digital booth inside, creating a whimsical and immersive photo experience.
Glam Bot: A high-glam setup that captures dynamic, high-quality shots, adding a luxurious touch to your event.
360 Video Booth: A full 360-degree video experience, capturing guests in a smooth, sweeping motion for an impressive video effect.
2. What events do you serve?
We cater to all types of events, including weddings, corporate functions, special events, holiday gatherings, and more! Spotlight Photobooth adds fun and memorable keepsakes to any gathering.
What space, venue, and power requirements are needed for the photobooth? Can it be set up outdoors?
Here’s what’s needed:
Space: A minimum 10' x 10' area with a 7'11" backdrop height.
Power: An outlet within 30 feet of the setup.
Table: A venue-provided table for props.
Outdoor Events: If outdoors, we’ll need a shaded area away from direct sun, rain, and wind. For events between 8 AM - 5 PM, please contact us to discuss.
3. How does the Roaming Photobooth work?
Our roaming photobooth includes an attendant who moves around to capture guests’ candid moments as they celebrate. Guests can instantly receive their photos via text, making it a convenient and interactive experience.
4. Do I need to provide space or a setup area for the Roaming Photobooth?
No specific setup area is required. The booth attendant carries compact equipment, making it ideal for venues with limited space or those that benefit from a more interactive photobooth experience.
5. How does the Audio Guestbook work?
Our Audio Guestbook is perfect for capturing heartfelt messages from guests at weddings, anniversaries, and milestone events. We provide the setup, and guests simply pick up the receiver to leave a voice message. After the event, we deliver the recordings as a cherished memory.
6. Are digital and print options available?
Yes! We offer both digital and print options for most services. Photos can be printed instantly or shared digitally via text or a downloadable gallery, depending on your preference.
7. How can guests access their photos after the event?
Guests receive their photos instantly via text or email. A digital gallery link is also provided after the event, allowing you and your guests to view and download all photos. Please note that the gallery may expire, so downloading promptly is recommended.
8. Do you provide an attendant with each photobooth rental?
Yes, a trained attendant is included with each rental to help guests, manage equipment, and create a seamless, enjoyable experience for everyone, except for the Drop-off booth.
9. What areas do you serve?
Spotlight Photobooth serves Maui, Lanai, Bid Island, Oahu, and Kauai. If your event is outside our immediate area, please reach out; we may be able to accommodate you for an additional travel fee.
10. How long is each photobooth session?
We offer customizable rental packages based on your event’s length, with typical sessions lasting 2 to 4 hours. Additional time can be added as needed.
11. How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates and holidays. This allows us to prepare and meet all your event expectations.
